Minlend went to the free-throw line and nailed his two late free throws to knot the game at 58 apiece. The difference in this game came down to bench scoring and depth, where the Dons got 25 points to the Waves’ two points. Where the Dons really excelled was in their free throw shooting, finishing the night 75% (6-8) from the free-throw line, a critical area in a close contest, but saw dismal returns from the floor.
