The International Student Association (ISA) held their annual Culturescape event last Friday to kick off the start of International Education Week. Culturescape allows students to engage in the rich cultural diversity that comprises USF through an evening of cultural performances and authentic cuisines. The showcase exhibited ten performances, including the Indian Student Organization, Kasamahan, Hawaiian Ensemble and Vitality SF. After the show concluded, the audience partook in an all-you-can-eat buffet that lined the sides of the complex. Cultural clubs selected dishes such as spam musubi, lechon kawali (roasted pig) and plantains to represent their culinary cultural heritage.
