Melissa’s Mix Tape

We all have music guilty pleasures, songs and artists we’d never admit to liking but secretly feel ecstatic hearing. The musical world seems packed full of terrible yet catchy songs that you just can’t seem to hate, no matter how badly you want to. From cheesy pop to absurd hip hop to the pop punk you loved in fifth grade to the artist that transitioned from cool to lame (U2, anyone?), you play it when you think no one else can hear or will notice. For this mix I’m going to put myself out there. I am proud to say, these are my guilty pleasures. Actually, let’s be honest – I don’t even feel that guilty about them. There’s nothing wrong with a little love for the Black Eyed Peas or Fall Out Boy.
