Melissa’s Mix Tape

The fall touring and album release season always brings an assortment of great bands to the Bay Area. Yes, shows can get expensive. However, there’s nothing quite like hearing live music. San Francisco is known for its great venues and high-energy crowds. From the Great American Music Hall, the Independent or Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco to 21 Grand or the Fox Theater in Oakland, there are tons of great shows to check out. These ten songs highlight ten different concerts I personally recommend for the month of October. Check them out and get into the city to catch some excellent bands.
