Melissa’s Mix Tape: October Releases

A few issues ago I made a mix to highlight some of the fantastic artists coming through the Bay Area. The fall is a major touring season because many bands release their new albums at some point between September and November. This mixtape is about the albums. These are tracks from some of the bands putting out new albums in the month of October. It’s always exciting to head to Aquarius, Amoeba (or even iTunes) to pick up new music from the bands you know and love. These are some of my favorite songs by some of my favorite artists bombarding record stores with new tunes. Check them out, you might like them enough to pick up the new stuff.
